Job Description – Marketing Executive (Channel Sales)
Position: Marketing Executive – Channel Sales
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities / KRA
Manage and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new channel partners and expand the company’s dealer/distributor network.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
Generate sales through channel partners and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with dealers for product availability, orders, pricing, and payments.
Support channel partners with product information, schemes, promotions, and marketing activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and share market feedback with the management.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
Willingness to travel for market and dealer visits.
Basic knowledge of channel sales, distribution, and dealer management.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor management, industrial products, electrical, construction, or related sectors will be preferred.
