About Red Scoop

Red Scoop is a growing food/ice-cream brand focused on building strong B2B partnerships with businesses and institutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Field Sales Executive to expand our business network and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new B2B customers such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, retailers, supermarkets, corporate offices, and other relevant businesses.

- Conduct regular field visits and generate new leads.

- Meet business owners, purchase managers, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.

- Present Red Scoop's products, pricing, and business offerings.

- Generate orders and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.

- Follow up with leads, quotations, samples, and pending orders.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand Red Scoop's presence in the assigned territory.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, orders, and sales through CRM/Google Sheets.

- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

- Collect regular feedback from customers and share market insights with the management.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B/FMCG/Food & Beverage/HoReCa sales preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and customer visits.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
