Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and online leads

Promote and sell company products/services to customers

Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up regularly

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Handle customer queries, provide information, and resolve complaints

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management

Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product demonstrations

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Experience in field sales, direct sales, or tele-sales preferred (Freshers can apply)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Basic knowledge of MS Office and using smartphones

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if fieldwork is required)
