Position

Marketing Executive (Building Materials Sales)

Job Responsibilities

Generate new leads within the assigned territory.
Visit contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and construction sites.
Convert leads into sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Promote and sell building materials including:
- Paints
- CP Fittings & Sanitaryware
- Cement
- TMT Steel
- Plumbing Materials
- Hardware and other construction products
Meet monthly sales targets.
Follow up with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Maintain daily visit reports and customer records.

Requirements

Prior knowledge of building materials is mandatory.
Experience in marketing or sales of construction/building materials preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Candidate should reside within an 8 km radius of the shop.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Working Hours

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
