Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Identify and contact potential customers including workshops, automobile dealers, service stations, and fleet operators. • Perform field visits daily to pitch company products and explain technical benefits. • Understand customer needs and suggest the appropriate garage equipment solutions. Lead Generation & Follow-Ups • Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, local visits, and online sourcing. • Maintain proper follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into orders. Product Demonstration & Negotiation • Provide on-site demonstrations of machines such as wheel aligners, lifts, and diagnostic tools. • Answer customer queries and provide accurate pricing and product information. • Prepare and share quotations, and assist in price negotiations to close deals. Order Management & Coordination • Collect purchase orders and coordinate with the dispatch and service teams for equipment delivery and installation. • Assist in documentation and payments follow-up. Market Feedback & Reporting • Monitor competitor activity and pricing in your area and report back to the manager. • Maintain daily sales activity reports, visit records, and customer databases. • Report market trends and customer needs to the Area Sales Manager.
