Job Description

Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote and sell Biometric Attendance Machines, Access Control Systems, CCTV Cameras, DVR/NVR, and EPABX solutions.
Meet corporate clients, schools, hospitals, factories, and commercial establishments.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Coordinate with installation and technical teams for project execution.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B Field Sales.
Basic knowledge of CCTV, Biometric Devices, and Security Systems.
Ability to travel for client meetings.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Appoint new channel partners and expand market reach.
Promote Biometric Attendance Machines, CCTV Cameras, Access Control Systems, and EPABX Solutions through channel partners.
Build strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, and distributors.
Conduct product training and presentations for channel partners.
Support partners in lead generation and business development activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.
Prepare sales reports and maintain partner databases.
