Sales & Marketing Executive

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and

regular follow up with customers on enquiries/sales orders.

 Identify potential selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.

 To canvass prospective customers to grow the business & achieve sales objectives.

 Ability to work with lighting designers, builders, architects and project team.

 Should be able to create new dealers, should be able to bring business from existing

dealers, architects and builders.

 Maintaining up to date understands of target markets.

 Prepare sales presentation & reports.

 Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

 Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

 Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM

 Maintains full information of Sales Funnel Management

 Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

 Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu.

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office

 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

 Fast learner and passion for sales

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 Requires on the field job so two wheeler is mandatory.

 Good communication & interpersonal skills are essential attributes.
