Job Title: Sales Executive – Power & Energy Solutions

Location: Field-based (UP West / NCR)
Reporting To:Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in UPS, Solar Power Systems, Inverters, and Batteries. The ideal candidate will have a strong client base, excellent communication skills, and sound product knowledge gained from working with reputed companies in the power and energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain business opportunities for UPS, Solar Systems, Inverters, and Batteries
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers
Conduct field sales activities, client visits, and product demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power solutions
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth execution and after-sales support
Keep updated knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meetings
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
In-depth product knowledge of UPS, Solar Panels, Inverters, and Batteries
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
Self-motivated with strong field sales orientation
Good understanding of commercial and industrial power solutions
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
2–5 years of experience in sales of UPS / Solar / Inverter / Battery products
Experience working with reputed brands/companies in the power or renewable energy sector
Well-established clientele/network in the assigned territory
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in B2B and B2C sales
Exposure to industrial, commercial, and residential power solutions
Familiarity with tenders, channel partners, and distributors is an added advantage
