Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves on-ground marketing and promotional activities to generate leads, promote projects, and arrange site visits. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, interacting with potential clients, and driving interest in our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as distributing flyers, banners, standees, and holding hoardings in high footfall areas.

• Promote real estate projects through direct interaction with the public in residential areas, commercial zones, and public places.

• Engage with walk-in customers, passersby, and potential leads to introduce project features and benefits.

• Organize and coordinate site visits for interested prospects and ensure smooth follow-up.

• Generate leads through offline promotions, roadshows, canopies, kiosks, and local marketing campaigns.

• Collect and maintain a database of leads and share regular reports with the sales team.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies and meet campaign targets.

• Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and local marketing drives.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's projects, pricing, and market positioning.

Requirements:

• Fresher’s who are enthusiastic to do business or experienced in any sales field

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and outdoor activities.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

• Willingness to travel

• Two-wheeler
