Daily 5-6 Field Visits (GT/MT/Retail/Corporates)
Manage and grow key retail, distributor, and modern trade accounts for battery products. Drive primary & secondary sales, ensuring target achievement in assigned territory/accounts.
Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and trade stakeholders. Ensure product availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and promotional execution.
Analyze sales performance and provide market, competitor, and demand insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, schemes, and inventory planning.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the battery industry (or similar electrical/energy products).
Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
