Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Sales Executive) to drive sales and build long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate products/services.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
Proposal and Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team for product/service improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
