Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our products/services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in person, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

Meet potential clients to present and promote products/services.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or reporting system.

Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales service and support.
