📌 Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to represent Arolube, a premium brand in automotive and industrial lubricants. The ideal candidate will actively develop new clients, strengthen relationships with distributors, and drive sales across Rajasthan.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Arolube lubricants to retail shops, service centers, and industrial clients

• Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors

• Conduct regular field visits to existing clients for order generation and product updates

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activity to the sales manager

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper brand visibility in the market

• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to shape local strategy

🧰 Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of sales experience in automotive or FMCG field preferred

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel within assigned territory (Jaipur/Rajasthan)

• Self-motivated with a focus on results and relationship building

• Basic understanding of lubricants and car care products is a plus
