PC Rugs manufactures exquisite handmade as well as machine knitted, hand-finished rugs and carpets — combining heritage craftsmanship with modern design — for homeowners, interior designers, and hospitality clients across India and globally.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken male/ female candidate to join our Delhi team in a marketing, calling, and customer support capacity. You will be the first point of contact for designers, architects, and customers — managing inquiries, nurturing relationships, and supporting the brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Reach out to interior designers, architects, and prospective customers; introduce PC Rugs products and generate sales enquiries.

Sales Enquiry Management: Handle inbound enquiries via call, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs; follow up promptly and move leads toward conversion.

Customer Support: Address customer queries, coordinate order updates, and ensure a polite and smooth post-sale experience.

Social Media Assistance: Support Instagram content sharing, respond to comments/DMs, and engage with the décor community online.

Data & Reporting: Maintain enquiry logs, customer records, and follow-up trackers in Excel; share weekly updates with management.

Requirements

Languages Hindi and English — both mandatory

Experience Minimum 1 year in marketing, calling, or customer support

Domain Home décor, furniture, or interiors preferred

Tools Proficient in MS Excel, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business

Attitude Polite, humble, and customer-centric approach — non-negotiable

Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location Must be based in or able to commute to Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi

Desirable

Prior experience with luxury home textiles or rugs; existing contacts in the interior design or architecture community in Delhi; basic content creation or reels skills.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives. Details discussed at interview.
