Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pasupati Agrovet Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality animal feed products including Dog Food, Cat Food, Shrimp Feed, Poultry Feed, Pig Feed, Cattle Feed and other livestock feed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Promote and sell animal feed products to distributors, retailers, farms, pet stores, and veterinary clinics.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

• Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to the management team.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in animal feeds or related industry.

• Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed products is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
