Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

• Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services (e.g., web/app development, SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP).

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create and manage marketing content like brochures, case studies, blogs, and social posts.

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support branding and event activities like webinars, exhibitions, or trade shows.

• Coordinate with design and tech teams for lead-gen campaigns and website improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales/Marketing (freshers with strong communication may also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing tools.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Skills

• B2B Sales experience

• Basic understanding of web and app development lifecycle

• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and lead generation tools

• Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a bonus
