Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team KNOCK KNOCK. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

  Salary: ₹30,000 + Allowances + Performance-based Incentives

  Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct site visits to meet potential customers including homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.

  Present and explain technical and aesthetic features of uPVC windows and doors.

  Generate leads through fieldwork, references, and cold visits to ongoing construction sites.

  Convert leads into business by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.

  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

  Maintain and update lead data, site visit records, and follow-up status.

  Coordinate with the internal design and operations teams for quotations and delivery follow-ups.

  Provide basic after-sales support as needed.

  Candidate Requirements:

  Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in uPVC, hardware, construction, or interior products).

  Should own a bike and hold a valid driving license (mandatory).

  Excellent communication and convincing skills in local language and English/Hindi.

  Knowledge of site measurements, materials, and basic construction practices will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
