We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive who will meet clients on-site, explain our IT services, and close sales. The role involves finding new customers, understanding their requirements, and building long-term business relationships.
Visit clients and explain company services clearly
Find new customers and generate leads
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions
Give basic presentations and service explanations
Follow up with clients and close deals
Maintain client relationships for repeat business
Update daily sales activity in CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Proven sales experience (IT & software services preferred)
Strong knowledge of sales principles with a target-focused approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in CRM and sales tools
Willingness to travel and work on-site
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates with an IT background will receive 1 day of training.
Candidates from a Non-IT background (Sales Department) will receive 3–4 days of training, provided before joining.
Interview Process: Candidates applying from outside Kolkata will have their interview conducted virtually via Google Meet.
