• Sales and Customer Engagement:

  Actively seek out new leads, make outbound calls to potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful sales. 

• Relationship Building:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties involved in loan transactions to foster repeat business and referrals. 

• Loan Application Processing:

  Assist clients with loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and processed efficiently. 

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Adhere to all relevant lending regulations and guidelines. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work with underwriting, legal, and marketing teams to streamline loan processes and ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 

• Business Development:
