Job Title: Commission Based Field Sales Executive (Commercial Real Estate)

About the Job

We are a commercial real estate company in Indore. We help big companies find Ready Office Spaces and help popular Food Chains/Restaurants find the best locations for their new outlets.

We are looking for hardworking Field & Market Sales people who want to earn big money through commissions.

Job Details

• Role: Field Sales Executive / Property Partner

• Job Type: Freelance / Full-Time Field Work

• Location: Indore (Field & Market Work)

• Salary: 100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary).

You will get a big percentage payout on every rented property/deal closure.

Your Work (Responsibilities)

• Find Clients: Search the market for companies looking for offices and food brands looking for new shop locations.

• Market Sourcing: Visit different commercial areas in Indore to find available plots, shops, and empty buildings.

• Property Visits: Show our available office spaces and shops to the clients (Site Visit).

• Deal Closing: Help the client and landlord finish the rental paperwork.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

• Vehicle: You must have your own Bike/Scooter and a Smartphone.

• Knowledge: Good knowledge of Indore areas (like Vijay Nagar, AB Road, Plasia,Bhawar Kuan, etc.).

• Skills: Good talking and selling skills. You should love working in the field/market.

• Experience: 6 month - 2 years of experience in sales or real estate is good, but freshers with good communication can also apply.
