Candidate must have experienced in the field of Building Materials such as Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware or Electrical items. Candidates Should have their Vehicle & be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through client visits, cold calling, networking, and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Meet distributors and primary dealers on a regular basis.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Deliver clear and effective product presentations and demonstrations.
Track competitors and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
Submit accurate sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
Achieve monthly primary sales targets through distributors.
Drive secondary sales growth within the assigned territory.
Ensure timely payment collection as per monthly targets.
Guide and manage the on-roll sales team for consistent performance.
Conduct weekly sales team meetings for planning and review.
