We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.

Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and trends.

Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and lead generation.

Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
