Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Interior Design

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Nesture Interiors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our interior design services to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field marketing.

• Follow up with customer inquiries and schedule meetings or Experience Centre visits.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.

• Present company services and explain design packages to prospective clients.

• Maintain regular communication with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.

• Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in interiors, real estate, or construction is preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the interior design industry.

• Lead generation and conversion expertise.

• Strong persuasion and closing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and interview performance)

Location: Nesture Interiors, Horamavu, Bengaluru

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
