Murzello Bros and Co. (MBC Elevators) is a leading elevator company with 50+ years of excellence in installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators. We are looking for a driven and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Generate new business leads for elevator sales (passenger, residential, goods lifts, etc.)
Meet monthly sales target: minimum 1 elevator/month (target accumulates if missed)
Handle end-to-end sales process: enquiry → client visit → site assessment → quotation → follow-up → order closure
Maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and societies
Process company-generated enquiries assigned by management and follow up professionally
Prepare reports on site visits, client feedback, and follow-ups
Represent the company in client meetings and exhibitions (if any)
Commission-Based Bonus:
After achieving the minimum annual target of 12 elevators, a commission of 1.5% to 2% will be paid per project (based on value and type)
Company-provided leads earn 50% of standard commission
Additional performance bonus for achieving 2+ sales in a month
Missed monthly targets carry forward to the next month
Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in Marketing or Business preferred
1+ year of experience in B2B or technical sales (Elevator or Construction Industry preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of elevator systems is a plus (training will be provided)
Should be comfortable with local travel within Mumbai
Own two-wheeler preferred (fuel covered in salary)
