Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead follow-ups.

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and packages to clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare providers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical professionals.

• Plan and execute promotional activities and outreach programs (e.g., camps, seminars, CMEs).

• Represent the hospital at external events to build visibility and awareness.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor data to help develop effective marketing strategies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic sales and performance reports.

• Coordinate with CRM and reception teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding from referral sources.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align offline efforts with online promotions.

• Handle corporate tie-ups and third-party administrator (TPA) relationships, if required.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
