Role Purpose
To drive chit business growth through customer acquisition, team management, sales planning, lead conversion and achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies.
· Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Generate new customer and business leads.
· Manage and motivate the sales team.
· Monitor individual sales performance.
· Build relationships with customers, corporates and referral partners.
· Ensure proper explanation of chit products and terms to prospective customers.
· Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion.
· Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews.
· Develop new market areas and territories.
· Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation.
· Ensure sales documentation is complete and accurate.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS.
