Location: On-site, Kolkata.
Salary (CTC): ₹4,20,000 to ₹4,80,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).

Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships and closing deals? We are hiring Sales Executives to drive our company's growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue targets. You will sell our services to hospitals, clinics, surgeons, and diagnostic centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Conversion and Revenue Generation: Convert leads into paying clients and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

• Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, with daily targets for client engagements and new meetings.

• Follow-up and Collections: Follow up consistently and manage timely payment collections.

• Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

• Sales Reporting: Keep CRM records updated, track daily activities, and prepare sales performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in field sales (required)

• B2B or B2C sales experience of 3 years (preferred)

• Proficiency in English and Bengali

• Willingness to travel extensively, as this is a field-based role
