We are seeking a Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves driving revenue through lead generation, lead conversion, and long-term client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with sales leadership, contribute to sales strategy execution, and support the development of junior sales professionals.
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads
Convert leads into successful sales opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Deliver a high standard of customer service and support
Collaborate with sales management on targets and strategies
Train and mentor junior sales team members
Track performance and support continuous sales improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales and sales management
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to mentor junior team members and support team growth
Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
