Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - Field

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

1. Field sales & business development for Industrial Valves in assigned territory (Pune, Maharashtra).

2. Visiting WTP, STP, Irrigation Sites, Government Departments (MJP, MIDC, PWD, ZP), Contractors, Consultants, and Builders.

3. Generating new enquiries, preparing quotations & following up for orders.

4. Coordination with factory for technical specifications, drawings & delivery.

5. Achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets.

6. Payment collection follow-up.

7. Market research & competitor analysis.

8. Attending client meetings & site visits.

Products to Handle: Sluice Gate Valve, Butterfly Valve, Dual Plate Check Valve, Air Release Valve, Kinetic Air Valve, Dismantling Joint, etc.

Required Skills:

- Must have experience in Industrial Valves / Pumps / Pipes / Water Industry / or Any Product sales.

- Good communication & negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

- Must have Two-wheeler

- Basic computer knowledge - Email, Excel, WhatsApp.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / BBA / MBA / Any Graduate with sales experience.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Field Sales (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + TA/DA + Attractive Incentive on Sales + Allowance (Based on Experience & Interview).
