Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves traveling to different locations to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

• Conduct direct field visits to potential customers or clients to promote and sell company products or services.

• Distribute promotional materials, conduct product demonstrations, and explain product features and benefits.

• Identify potential markets and customers through field visits, surveys, and referrals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Collect feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

• Report on field activities, customer responses, and sales performance regularly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute field marketing campaigns.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
