Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, garages, and mechanics in the assigned territory.

• Promote company products (tractor & truck clutches, parts, and accessories) and ensure brand visibility.

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers or distributors.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals.

• Conduct market research to analyze competitor products, pricing, and sales trends.

• Organize and participate in mechanic meets, product demos, and trade events.

• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the regional manager.

• Ensure timely supply, responsible communication, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma / 12th.

• Experience: 3–5 years of field sales experience in the automotive spare parts or tractor industry.

• Freshers with strong motivation and good communication skills may also apply.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

• Sound understanding of automotive parts, clutches, or mechanical systems.

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.
