Job Description

Must Have Excellent Communication.
Have Presentation skill.
Worked with Electrical Contractor and Consultants.
Having Knowledge about Delhi and NCR Electrical Contractors and EPC clients.
Ensuring and Developing New Clients and maintaining existing clients and making them satisfied throughout the process of Order to Collection.
Always ask them for True Feedback.
Servicing the Clients after receiving the Order till the time of Collection of payments.
Resolve the Queries and Questions of all the Clients.
Give or Support the Clients about Company Products or Services
Acting as a point of Contact for complaints and resolving issues to the concern.
Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
Having your own conveyance is a must.
