Sales & Marketing Executive

A Field Sales Representative for Battery Inverters will be responsible for selling and promoting battery inverters to customers in the field, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will need strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of battery inverters and the market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Lead Generation:

  Identify and cultivate new leads, contact potential customers, and conduct sales presentations. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Demonstrate a thorough understanding of battery inverters, their benefits, and how they address customer needs. 

• Sales Process:

  Follow a structured sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, and manage the sales cycle effectively. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management. 

• Market Research:

  Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and market conditions. 

• Professionalism:

  Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. 

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly field sales, is preferred. 

• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of battery inverters, their components, and their applications is essential. 

• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. 

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 

• Driving License: A valid driver's license is required for travel to customer locations.
