Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Secondary Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive secondary sales of our building material products, including Wall Putty, Decorative White Cement, Tile Adhesive, and other construction materials.

The candidate will be responsible for managing existing dealers and distributors, increasing product sales, developing retailer networks, and achieving assigned sales targets in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle secondary sales through existing distributors and dealers.

• Regularly visit dealers, retailers, hardware shops, and construction material outlets.

• Generate orders and ensure regular product availability in the market.

• Develop new retail counters and expand market coverage.

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product demand.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues as per company policy.

• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales, secondary sales, or channel sales.

• Experience in building materials, cement, wall putty, tile adhesive, paints, or construction chemicals will be preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
