About the Company
M.G. Enterprises Solar is a solar energy solutions company dealing in rooftop solar systems, on-grid solar systems, hybrid solar systems and solar installation services. We are looking for motivated candidates to join our sales and marketing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads through field visits, phone calls and local marketing.
Explain rooftop solar systems and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to customers.
Meet homeowners, shopkeepers and business owners to promote solar products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Arrange customer meetings and solar site visits.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, marketing and renewable energy.
Basic smartphone usage and willingness to work in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
