Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads and drive sales of banking and financial products, particularly personal loans and other eligible financial products through authorized banking/NBFC partners.

The candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities and a strong interest in field sales, lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire customers for personal loans and other banking/financial products.

Identify potential customers through field visits, references, telecalling and local marketing.

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and application processes.

Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate applications until the relevant sales milestone.

Develop customer relationships and generate referrals.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Maintain customer enquiry records, follow-up reports and daily sales updates.

Coordinate with authorized banks, NBFCs and financial-product partners.

Support local marketing, lead generation and admission-related activities at Little Ville Playschool whenever required.
