Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Shop Hunting Executive who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and finalizing suitable retail shop locations across targeted areas. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and coordination with brokers and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and shortlist potential shop locations in assigned areas
Conduct field visits to evaluate properties based on business requirements
Coordinate with local brokers, property owners, and agents
Negotiate rental terms and commercial agreements
Analyze footfall, surrounding businesses, and customer demographics
Maintain a database of available properties and broker contacts
Prepare location reports with photos, pricing, and pros/cons
Assist in finalizing the best location as per company standards
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or property acquisition
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of local market and commercial areas
Ability to travel extensively within the city
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail expansion or franchise setup
Strong network of local brokers and agents
Basic knowledge of legal/commercial lease terms
Compensation:
