At Laarsa Organic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality organic products to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
Your primary goal will be to drive sales by connecting with Retailers, Distributors, and Wholesalers. You will also be responsible for reaching out to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to build long-term partnerships and increase our brand's reach in the FMCG sector.
B2B Sales: Identify and connect with potential Retailers, Wholesalers, and Distributors to sell our organic products.
SMB Outreach: Pitch our product range to Small and Medium Businesses for bulk orders and corporate tie-ups.
Network Building: Create a strong network of distributors and ensure timely supply of goods.
Market Visits: Regularly visit the market to understand demand, track competitors, and build relationships with shopkeepers.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and provide daily reports on field activities.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of how the retail and distribution supply chain works.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language.
Travel: Must be comfortable with daily field visits and traveling to different market areas.
Ownership: A self-starter who can work independently and grow the business.

Incentive Structure: Apart from the fixed salary, we offer attractive sales-based incentives (commissions) for exceeding targets.
Probation Period: There will be a 6-month probation period to evaluate performance and market feedback.
