Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Kumar&kaur Job Consultancy Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks in the assigned territory.
✔️ Visit markets daily to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
✔️ Generate orders from distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and beverage outlets.
✔️ Ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners.
✔️ Monitor inventory, order processing, payment collections, and outstanding accounts.
✔️ Track competitor pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
✔️ Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
✔️ Submit daily market visit, sales, and order booking reports to management.
🎓 QUALIFICATION
✅ Graduate preferred; experienced 12th Pass candidates may also apply.
✅ Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience in the Beverage Industry – Mandatory.
✅ Experience in Packaged Drinking Water, Soft Drinks, Juices, Energy Drinks, Soda, or related beverage products preferred.

✅ Comfortable with extensive daily field travel.
✅ Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
