Sales & Marketing Executive

A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, and managing existing accounts, acting as the main link between a company and customers, handling queries, giving presentations, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Key duties involve lead generation, understanding client needs, demonstrating value, closing contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and reporting performance, often using CRM software to track activities and achieve goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management: Generate leads, cold call, network, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

• Sales & Negotiation: Present products/services, demonstrate features, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.

• Customer Service: Act as the primary contact, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies, track performance via CRM, and provide reports on sales activities and market trends.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and support teams for a seamless customer journey.
