We’re looking for an experienced and honest Sales & Marketing professional with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will help boost our hotel’s visibility, build client relationships, and drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans

• Promote the hotel’s services and packages to increase bookings and revenue

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners

• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns

• Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality sector

• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

• Proven experience (min. 2 years) in sales & marketing within the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior

• Honest, proactive, and target-driven personality

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred
