Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
· Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education sector.
· Goal Setting: Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on enrollment growth, partnerships, and funding.
2. Partnership Development
· Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with Colleges, government agencies, and corporate partners to create collaborative opportunities.
· Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to build connections and promote the institution’s offerings.
3. Sales and Marketing
· Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to promote educational programs and services, targeting potential students and stakeholders.
· Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to prospective students and organizations.
4. Financial Management
· Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets for new initiatives and ensure that business development activities are cost-effective.
· Funding Opportunities: Identify and pursue grants, sponsorships, and other funding sources to support educational programs.
5. Client Relationship Management
· Support Services: Provide ongoing support to students and partners, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
· Feedback Mechanism: Implement systems to gather feedback from stakeholders to improve services and programs.
6. Performance Measurement
· Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
· Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate in any field and Relevent Experience. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are needed .
Salary and Incentive per sales is negotiable
