We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team KI High Voltage Technologies. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15 k to 30 k as per your experience and target achievement and prospects of growth.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and campaigns.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
