JOB OPENING FOR SO, SSO,ASM

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.

• Develop and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network.

• Conduct field visits to meet farmers, promote products, and generate demand.

• Educate customers and dealers on product benefits, dosage, and usage.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and distributors.

• Organize farmer meetings, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
