Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills,

and a passion for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare

professionals. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can build

strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

• Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customers.

• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product

  demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.

• Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales,

  marketing and customer service strategies.

• Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer

  satisfaction and needs. If also taking on team leadership role responsibilities also include: Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.

• Act as a mentor to the field team, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance

  as necessary to improve the customer experience.

• Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align application activities with sales needs and business objectives.

• Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets, with a focus on achieving a minimum revenue of 20 crores.

• Establish a strong market presence in every state across India, identifying key growth opportunities and potential clients.
