Role & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through scheduled appointments and field visits.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation strategies.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Submit daily/weekly reports on field activity and conversions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (verbal & written).
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Professional appearance and personable behavior.
Other Requirements:
A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Compensation:
Fresher: ₹2.80 LPA – ₹3.55 LPA (based on assessment).
Experienced: Competitive salary as per last drawn CTC and performance in interview.
