Location: Glass Showroom
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive for our glass showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting local marketing activities to increase sales.
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements related to glass products (toughened glass, mirrors, partitions, railings, etc.)
Explain product features, quality, specifications, and pricing to customers
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales
Develop new clients through site visits, calls, and references
Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Support marketing activities such as local promotions, banners, brochures, and lead follow-ups
Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records
Coordinate basic billing and payment follow-ups with the office team
Conduct local area marketing and showroom promotions
Visit construction sites to generate inquiries and leads
Encourage builders and contractors to visit the showroom
Support exhibitions, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales & marketing (glass, hardware, or building material industry preferred)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software is a plus)
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
