Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for field sales of industrial instrumentation products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, industries, consultants, and EPC companies to generate new business opportunities.

• Promote and sell pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments.

• Identify potential customers and develop new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable instrumentation products.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.

• Coordinate with the technical and sales team for product selection and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain regular records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred.

• Experience : 0-2 years in industrial sales / instrumentation sales preferred. Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in field sales may also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales activities.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process industries will be an added advantage.

• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
