IT Global Sales Head/ Chief Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Head/ Chief Sales Officer to lead our international sales team and drive our global sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for our global information technology products and services This role will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth across various international markets. Key Responsibilities:

1.      Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

2.       Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's global presence.

3.       Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

4.      Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

5.      Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement effective promotional strategies.

6.       Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.

7.      Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

8.      Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

9.      Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.

10.   Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.

11.   Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

12.   Sourcing new clients/customers and building a relationship with them.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

• Experience: A minimum of [4 to 5] years of experience in IT sales management, with proven success in a global or multinational environment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
