Role & Responsibilities:

Drive sales through effective lead generation, client meetings, and site visits

Present project offerings clearly and professionally to prospective clients

Execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales performance

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

# Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in Sales & Marketing; real estate experience preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

Compensation:

Salary and incentives will be commensurate with skills, experience, and last drawn remuneration
